Hurricane Sandy has brought misery to many folks in the NY, NJ area.  Many of us at Capsys had damage to our homes though thankfully our facilities were spared any significant damages.  As people begin to think about rebuilding, we think they should keep in mind the advantages modular construction can bring to the rebuilding process.  Many of these advantages are spoken to in the following article by Sheri Koones.  Sheri is the author of six books on home construction, four of them on prefabricated construction.
